My practice explores human displacement, limitation, and transformation through photography.
At the center of my work is the human body, which rarely exists in a familiar or stable state. Through carefully constructed spaces and staged situations, I place the body in unfamiliar positions, disrupting its habitual relationship with its surroundings.
I am interested in the emergence of new states that arise when familiar structures are disrupted. Through the body, I seek to approach experiences and emotions that often remain unspoken or difficult to articulate.
Photography becomes a means of creating situations in which the body moves beyond its familiar condition, entering a space of uncertainty, vulnerability, and transformation.
